Wrap up warm and join us on a night-time exploration of the city's natural edges, along Gateshead Riverside Park and the Quayside.
These monthly explorations, guided by local naturalists Wild Intrigue, are the perfect opportunity to explore Gateshead's natural edges on an evening. From the wintry canopy of Gateshead Riverside Park to the tidal River Tyne - each month brings beautiful scenery and wildlife highlights to enjoy throughout this casual stroll.
Come along to discover the intersections where natural and urban environments meet, learn how this influences the natural rhythms of wildlife, and join like-minded people as we explore under the landscape as it becomes cloaked in darkness.
These circular walks will begin and end by the Railway Quarter. We will meet at 7pm in the open area opposite Kenilworth House on High Level Road. The exact meeting point can be found on What3Words at: https://what3words.com/unable.dreams.novel
