Dunston Staiths Open Day

Dunston Staiths will be open the first Saturday of the month from May - September.

Stand on the historic structure on the Tyne and feel the heritage of coal come to life around you. There is parking opposite Dunston Excelsior Club, NE11 9DR. We recommend sensible shoes. In the case of inclement weather we won't be able to open.

Suitable for all. Wheelchair accessible entry for bottom and top deck via Saltmarsh Gardens, please note that there are steps between the two decks.

£3 entry or bring an official letter/ bill with an NE8 or NE11 postcode on and get in for free. All proceeds go into making the Staiths open to access.
